Shirley V. Lowe is a nationally certified notary and started mobile signing in 2019. Centered in Charlotte NC, she serves the entire western and eastern portion of the state. Shirley is a member of National Notary Association and is mortgage Inspector certified. Shirley also holds a real estate brokers license in both North and South Carolina.

As a notary public, mobile signing agent and inspector Shirley has handled vehicle titles, business documents, deeds, wills, affidavits and power of attorney signings.

As a loan signing agent Shirley does refinance, home equity, buyer, seller, reverse, modification, home improvement, and commercial loans.
